Hometown veterinary hospital

Our Facilities

Hometown Veterinary Hospital

Construction for the hospital started in the fall of 2014. During construction, all efforts were made to help make the facility as eco-friendly as possible with our material and equipment choices, including heating and cooling the hospital with geothermal and the use of all LED lighting. It is our conscious effort to run the hospital in the most efficient manner to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Separate Waiting Rooms & Exam Rooms

We are pleased to offer separate waiting rooms and exam rooms for our dog and cat patients to help make visits to the vet as stress free as possible. We have 5 exam rooms in total, 2 for cats, 2 for dogs, and 1 comfort room.

Hospital

Our laboratory houses modern equipment that can perform complete blood cell counts, blood chemistry profiles, and other diagnostic tests. The X-ray room has a digital x-ray machine and an ultrasound machine, giving us the best images possible.

We also have a surgical suite and a dental suite equipped with digital dental x-ray, and an open treatment area with an ICU/recovery area. Our surgical suite is complete with orthopedic equipment, allowing us to offer a wide array of orthopedic services. To ensure the safety and well-being of our patients, there are separate ward areas for cats and dogs. We also have a fully stocked pharmacy, and carry a variety of prescription diets and nutritional foods.
